Our obligation to you at sign up and beyond is detailed below. Most are routine but other items within the listing will occur as occupations and circumstances dictate.
Villa is cleaned after guest departure (charged separately) and will be inspected and set up prior to next arrival. Patio furniture will be cleaned and repositioned, deck & patio windows/doors will be cleaned as necessary ready for the new arrivals.
The lawns are cut an average 32/34 times p.a. Less during the winter months & building to weekly mowing during the summer months. Trimming & weeding is based on minimal landscaping and is on a monthly schedule.
Pools are maintained weekly. Service includes water testing, providing all regular sanitation and balancing chemicals, brushing pool walls. Cleaning filters and vacuuming are carried out generally as required.
The toilets are flushed, A/C, irrigation and power is checked. Free papers etc. removed from driveway and mailboxes are emptied.
Should specialist work be required eg plumbing, electrics, A/C work, after Demar checking the obvious in an effort to avoid unnecessary charges a contractor will be arranged and the charge will be passed on.
Incidental repair work & maintenance is included in the regular management fee eg. light bulb & smoke alarm batteries changing etc. Irregular and/or labor intensive work costs will be discussed prior to being carried out, unless in an emergency.
